It’s interesting to note that the apostles

did not first develop a friendship with

unbelievers before preaching the gospel to

them, and there was no training in

“Friendship Evangelism.” The apostles simply

obeyed the Great Commission to “Go

ye into all the world, and preach the gospel

to every creature” (Mark 16:15), and “the

Lord added to the church daily such as

should be saved” (Acts 2:47). Salvation is a
