TONY D'ALESSIO and VERN LONG | Arizona
Tony D'Alessio, General Foreman, leads a team of approximately 90 electricians with the support of
Vern Long, Superintendent, to oversee one of the most difficult scopes of work at a high-technology
manufacturing client's project, the Process Specific Supports Systems (PSSS) and Layout Dependent
(LOD) work four FAB buildings. Witihin the last year, Tony was promoted to General Foreman and has
exceeded all expectations. He supports his Foreman out in the field for all of their needs; attends all
meetings with the Project Management team on schedules, project review, weekly meetings, and customer
and General Contractor meetings to ensure there is clear communication and support from Rosendin.
Tony comes in each and every day with a positive attitude and has a clear vision of the project goals and
the client, who has recognized Tony on several occasions. Tony helped guide his team over the last year
in turning over 180+ pieces of equipment with zero punch list items. The current NCR rate on all PSSS
projects is .12 since it started in 2017. This is a testament to the leadership of Tony D’Alessio and his team.
Vern Long is leading approximately 200 electricians on the client's site overseeing Base Build Projects,
PSSS, and LOD work. Vern has been a big part of the project's success by bringing up, training, and
mentoring new/young General Foremen and Foreman. His knowledge and expertise on the project site,
with the client, and the scopes of work would not be where it is today without his dedication and support. A
large part of the success of this large project in Arizona is due to Vern’s leadership and understanding. Vern
is well respected by field project management and the customers he engages with out day-in and day-out.

DEREK STOKAN, TED RHINEHART, and TEAM | Arizona
Derek Stokan and Ted Rhinehart make an awesome team! This started out at the FSB when we had some
personel shifts and had many fires that needed to be put out. Both of them are superior leaders which
influences their team and their morale. They are both positive and intelligent individuals and have prevailed
in many occasions. According to manloading we are still a few fellows short and Derek and Ted are still doing
an INCREDIBLE job making sure the dates are met. They are team players who are willing to jump at any
occasion to help out the whole PSSS team! They constantly are putting out fires or misses. They have over
100 0 punch QAQC inspections and 0 incidents including first aids and ITP’s. In my opinion, we would not be
where we are today if not for these two individuals and their loyal team. The team these gentlemen have in the
field are all rock stars, and understand the importance they have to the overall goal. They constantly go above
and beyond. They stay late when needed as they know the importance of meeting the scheduled dates and
constantly work through lunch and break as needed. We could not complete this project with as much liquidity
as we do without this outstanding team.
