consolidation or atelectasis of dependent lung
(a: arrows). Bronchoscopy documented
bronchial wall edema, bronchospasm, and
copious mucus within lobar bronchi (d).
Bronchoalveolar lavage cytology interpreta
tion was eosinophilic inflammation with mod
erate epithelial hyperplasia.
