                                                                             (a: arrows). Bronchoscopy documented
                                                                               bronchial wall edema, bronchospasm, and
                                                                             copious mucus within lobar bronchi (d).
                                                                             Bronchoalveolar lavage cytology interpreta­
                                                                             tion was eosinophilic inflammation with mod­
                                                                             erate epithelial hyperplasia.
