THREE-PART
       CROWN

This is a secure knot, but after
      it has supported a heavy
      weight it becomes difficult to
      untie; consequently it is not
      commonly used by seamen
even though it is very sturdy.
      The three-part crown is used
by campers to hang food and
      gear.
