Method
                                         Form two equal side loops by
                                         folding down a bight (1).
                                        Holding the bight closed with
                                        the left hand form a third loop
                                        beneath them with the right
                                        hand by moving the end and
                                        the standing part upwards in
                                        a counterclockwise direction
                                        (2). Still holding the base of
                                        the bight take the right side
                                        loop and turn it downwards
                                        (3.4). Take the left side loop
                                        over the folded right loop (5)
                                        and insert it through the
                                        bottom loop (6). Pull both
                                        right and left loops to tighten
                                        the knot, taking care that both
                                        loops are equal (7). If they are
                                        not loosen the knot a little and
                                        pull the end of the smaller
                                        loop.
