Method
                                              Form a bight near the
                                              end of the rope by
                                              moving the end
                                              counterclockwise, so
                                              the end lies beneath the
                                              standing part (1). Hold
                                              the bight with the left
                                              hand and make a large
                                              loop counterclockwise
                                              by passing the end
                                              behind the first loop
                                              (2). Make a clockwise
                                              turn around the base of
                                              the first bight with the
                                              end (3). and. keeping
                                              hold of the end. take the
                                              side of the second loop
                                              in the left hand and
                                              thread it through the
                                              bight (4. 5). Hold the
                                              standing part with the
                                              right hand while the left
                                              hand pulls up the loop
                                              to draw the knot tight
                                              (5.6).
