                We say “he” when he is the subject. If it is two people,
                                       we still say “he.”
                   “He drove to work.”  “Larry and he made an appointment.”
                             We say, “him” when he is the object or
                                     receiving the action.
                                  “Sue called Steve and him.”


                                    These words are often misused.
                 If you are unsure, remove the other person and see how it sounds.
                           This same rule applies to “her” and “she.”


                      Incorrect: “(Jack and) him made an appointment.”
                        Correct: “(Jack and) he made an appointment.”
                         Incorrect: “Please meet with (Jack and) she.”
                          Correct: “Please meet with (Jack and) her.”
