Regarding these kinds of people, David HaMelech says in Tehilim
(12:4) “Hashem will annihilate those smooth talkers, those who אוּה תוּליִכרְה וֹא ערָה ןוֹשׁלה רפּסְמֶּשׁ יִמ לע םִאו )ח(

speak haughtily.”
