besides violating this Aseh he also violates other Laveen, as the םירִמאמ הבּרְה םגו ,רפסּה ףוֹסבּ "ריִאי תֹוּח" תבוּשְׁתּ הז

Torah warns us with several Laveen not to separate ourselves from
learning for any reason. One is obligated to fulfill this mitzvah to
learn to his maximum ability. If he is a great Torah scholar, he must
learn at his level. If he is an unlearned person, he can still learn
