the young ladies were doing. Mayor Bartley couldn’t stop the
tears from flowing. Samaria, Katey, and Adriana’s parents ran
up the steps, embraced and kissed their daughters. “Thanks,
mom and dad,” the young ladies said to their parents repeat-
edly. The governor proceeded up the steps to his office. The
girls quickly embraced him, giving him an endless round of
thanks. “No, I should be thanking you,” the governor said.
“Seeing this take place today has strengthened my faith, my
walk, and my relationship with Christ Jesus. Young ladies, if
there is anything, and I mean anything that
I can ever help you with, please feel free to give me a
call.” The governor handed each of the young ladies his card.
The Decision
“A decision has been made -- prayer will be kept in
school,” Rueben Tates said loudly as he was overshadowed
with celebration from the students around him. “This will send
a shock wave through our country. We can expect to see
millions of students from all over the country marching for
prayer to be put back in their schools.”

The Young Ladies are Celebrated at
Church
“Before I deliver the awesome word that God almighty
has given me, I would like for us to stand and acknowledge
Katey Anderson, Adriana Sanchez, and Samaria Williams.”
said the pastor of the local congregation. The congregation
stood to their feet as they cheered and applauded the young
ladies, giving God all the praise and glory for the miracle that
