        THE BASIC HOME SALES PROCESS

        The process of selling a home can be complicated, but with a
        little knowledge, the process can be simpler to understand.
        Before setting a listing price, it is important to understand
        the home-selling process, including how the listing price is
        determined.

        One  of  the most  important steps in  setting  a  listing  price
        is getting an accurate valuation of the home. This can be
        done through online valuation, professional appraisal, or a
        Current Market Analysis (CMA) by a REALTOR.


        Working as a team is key to a successful sale. The seller and
        agent will need to communicate openly and often, and make
        decisions that are in the seller’s best interest. Both parties
        will need to be invested in the process, and work together to
        achieve the desired outcome.

        The seller’s time, effort, “sweat equity” and financial
        investment are all integral parts of the home sale process. By
        working as a team with a carefully selected real estate agent,
        the seller can maximize their chances of a successful sale.
