Material Characteristic:
• Can only be installed or removed by using hexagonal Allen keys

• Knurled for partial hand turning

Usage Rational:

Only Allen screws are used mainly because it is easier to standardize all repair or

joint work into only one screw head type. Screws are defined by their thread
diameter, with the notation ‘M’, while the size of the Allen key needed to screw a

screw is smaller than its thread diameter. The only location where counter sunken
screws are used is at the joint where no bulging of screw head is allowed to avoid

disturbance.
