9. Stainless steel bearings 6005-2Z

Specifications:
6005-2Z bearing, B = 12 mm, d = 25 mm, D = 47 mm – 2 pieces

Material Characteristic:
• 2Z = both faces of bearings are metal capped

• Roller ball bearings, can run up to 15000 rpm under normal condition

• Internally greased around the rolling balls
• Metal caged, with tolerance for expansion to avoid bearing halt

Usage Rational:
Fully metal bearings are used as bearing housing and shaft are both material.

Bearings are chosen according to its size listed on the standardized coded reference
book for bearings. They are aligned to hold the rear roller as they have a bigger size

and can withstand more thrust. Ball bearings are chosen out of all others as it has
the most basic design and can withstand a higher axial load comparatively. They

are chosen in one condition, which is they cannot increase the lag in the system,

that means slow down the spinning of the rollers, with proper installation.
