Roll-in nuts have a better precision as their spring-loaded roller bear locking
purpose for screwing works compared to other nuts. They are primarily used for
joining different materials that can be screwed onto the T-slots, with the aid of
screws. Could be inserted, slid around, removed and replaced without needing to
unjoin any T-slot structures. T-slot nuts have standard thickness for each series, and
they fit to all manufacturers’ design, so they could be easily replaceable.
4. T-slot 90 ° angled gusset
Specifications:
30 series T-slot gusset M6 holes – 2 pieces
Material Characteristic:
• Made of 6061 aluminum alloy
• Locks 2 materials in joins with the aid of screws and nuts
• Pre-machined with holes for screws of different sizes
• Can withstand at least 60 kilograms of force acting perpendicularly
Usage Rational:
Used to lock the front joints of the basal structure as space is provided within the
frame. For 3030 T-slots, as the width of its slots can only accommodate screws with
