In fact around the 1980's an official study had been made
all about the efficiency of using horsepower in urban
situations. Direct comparisons were made regarding the
economics and environmental issues.
The Horse won the argument effortlessly. He or she was
environmentally effective, they did not produce carbon
emissions, nor did they need MOT tests, nor use
expensive fuel oil.
