Nurse Management Course. However on completion, and even
though they had funded this expensive project they refused to
offer him a job at the New Hospital.

bought while Peter was commissioning the New Hospital at
Swindon.)
Peter looked for pastures new and was appointed as the
Nursing Officer with responsibility for the total commissioning
of a new hospital close to Swindon overlooking the M4
motorway.
Once completed, he found he liked these challenging jobs and
moved to a similar task at the New North Tees General
Hospital. During these years, Peter had developed a new
interest, SCUBA diving and began with making his own wet
suit and moulding his own diving weights.
We were fortunate to keep up with his moves and managed
to visit him and Margaret at their various new locations from
time to time.
Next was an appointment to be in charge of a group of
Hospitals in the border country north of Newcastle. After this
