These procedures apply to all commercial vehicles operated by the AMS Ltd and must be
            rigorously adhered to.

            Routine Checks

Before commencing driving at the start of each day, drivers must complete a visual check
            to cover the following:-

            Tyres

Check all tyres are inflated and not damaged.
Tyres must have a minimum of 2 mm of tread.
No objects are jammed between rear wheels.
If you cannot see the bottom of the tyre please move the vehicle
forward so that you are able to check the full circumference.

Driver must also visually check the following:

            Wheel Nuts

            Rust streaks.
Missing wheel nuts or misaligned flags.
Signs of fretting between wheel nuts and wheel rim.

            Wheel studs

            Broken or missing wheel studs.

            Wheels

            Check for cracks.

These checks are on components that are normally visible to a driver and do not include
items that would need dismantling for examination.

When the checks have been completed Pre Drive can be signed.
