1.12 Worker Consultation
Workers at Harrison Industrial Ltd will be consulted and engaged regularly regarding health
and safety arrangements for the work they undertake as their support to the company’s
policies and procedures is vital.
Safety representatives and workers can contribute positively in achieving the desired
outcomes by:
Identifying problems
Indicating whether activities can be carried out safely
Help Harrison Industrial develop sound practical ideas and solutions to
further health and safety.
The company representatives meet quarterly to discuss H&S issues, if you want to get
involved or have any comments on how to improve your working environment then
please speak to your manager who can take your ideas forward for consideration.
