                  Four colours of hard hat will reflect workers roles in the construction industry and show the
                  staff  members  level  of  responsibility  on  site  in  a  bid  to  make  sites  safer.  At  Harrison
                  Industrial these colours will be respected.


































               1.16  Safety Footwear
               Where there is an assessed risk of foot injury and the risk cannot be reduced to an extent that
               foot protection is not required, safety footwear should be provided to and worn by the employee
               to the SP1 standard. .

                     Hazardous Zone Warning Signs.

               Where statutory or other regulations, or risk assessment, require that an area or equipment be
               designated a hazardous zone where PPE must be used, then suitable safety signs and/or
               barriers shall be erected. Safety signs must conform to relevant statutory legislation.

                    Compensation for Injury.
               Compensation may be reduced if correct and full use is not made of safety equipment provided.
