All of the attendees at the Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon received a
bonus reward – they didn’t have to cook on Saturday. The Bonnie Springs
Staff prepared another great meal for us. The barbecue chicken, cowboy
baked beans, cole slaw, biscuits and
beverages were delicious and many of us
went back for seconds.
For the final event of the luncheon, 26
prize bundles with an overall value over
$3,000 were raffled off. Because of the
generous donations of hiking equipment,
artwork, housewares, jewelry, wine and
gift cards, the sale of raffle tickets helps cover the cost of the luncheon.
It’s fun and exciting to pick which prize you want and hope your ticket is
drawn as the winner.
