Down Home Macaroni and Cheese Meal (GF)
Ingredients and Prep:
4 tablespoons of cream cheese.
2 cups of milk.
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese.
2 cups of gluten-free pasta or macaroni.
Cooking Directions:
Boil the pasta or macaroni for 10 minutes or per the instructions.
Rinse the macaroni and place it into a casserole dish.
Pour on the milk, then cheese.
Add the cream cheese.
Place a lid over the dish. No stirring required.
Bake at 350 F for approximately 25 minutes.
Serving Instructions, Tips & Variations: This recipe serves 4.
Consider serving this dish with tomato slices and Romaine lettuce.
Optional: add a dash of salt and pepper to taste. Add the seasoning after
you add the milk and cheese, right before you add the cream cheese.
