Veggie	Stromboli

	

Ingredients	and	Prep:
1/4	cup	of	sliced	white	onions.
1	cup	of	tomato	sauce.
2	cups	of	grated	cheese	.
1	seeded	and	chopped	bell	pepper.
1	bag	of	vegetarian	faux	"meat"	strips.
1	package	of	pizza	dough.
	

	

Cooking	Directions:
Preheat	the	oven	to	400	F.
Grease	a	baking	pan.
Roll	the	dough	into	a	15-by-11	inch	rectangle.
Spread	tomato	sauce	over	the	dough.	Leave	a	1-inch	border	bare	around
the	edges.
Sprinkle	half	the	cheese	over	the	sauce,	Add	the	bell	pepper,	onion	and
"steak"	strips.
Sprinkle	the	rest	of	the	cheese	over	the	top.
Roll	the	dough	into	a	log	shape.
Fold	the	ends	and	pinch	the	dough	to	seal	it	closed.
Place	the	Stromboli	in	the	greased	baking	pan,	seam-side	down.
Bake	for	20	minutes	or	until	the	dough	develops	a	golden	brown	color.
