30-Minute Beef Tenderloin Entree (GF)
Ingredients and Prep:
1 tablespoon of olive oil (extra virgin).
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley (finely-chopped).
2 tablespoons of butter.
2 cloves of sliced garlic
4 6-ounce beef tenderloin steaks
A seasoning of choice such as Goya Adobo.
Cooking Directions:
Season both sides of each tenderloin steak.
Place the oil and butter in a large pan.
Heat the butter and oil over medium-high heat.
Cook the steaks in the for approximately 6 minutes. Flip once. They
should be medium-rare and evenly browned.
Remove the pan from heat and transfer the meat to a dish. Use tin foil
covering to keep them warm.
Add garlic to skillet and cook over medium heat for approximately 1
minute. The garlic must be pale golden brown in color.
Add parsley.
Keep the pan over medium heat for 30 seconds, then remove from the
heat.
Place the tenderloin steak on a serving dish.
Evenly cover the meat with the garlic seasoning.
Serving Instructions, Tips & Variations: A great alternative seasoning
for this dish is comprised of salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder and
turmeric.
This dish goes well with a tomato and onion side salad.
