Tangy	Hamburger	Dinner	Dish

	

Ingredients	and	Prep:
2	tablespoons	of	prepared	mustard.
3	tablespoons	of		Worcestershire	sauce.
1	egg.
1	chopped	onion.
1	slice	of	brown	bread.
1	pound	of	ground	beef.
Toppings	such	as	cheese,	onion	and	tomato.

	
	

Cooking	Directions:
Crumble	the	slice	of	brown	bread.
Combine	the	crumbled	brown	bread	with	onion,	beef,	mustard,	egg,		and
Worcestershire	sauce.	Use	a	large	mixing	bowl.
Thoroughly	mix	the	seasoning	components.
Form	6	ground	beef	patties.
Evenly	apply	the	seasoning	to	the	meat.
Place	the	patties	under	the	grill	on	medium	heat.
Flip	the	patties	periodically	to	ensure	they	cook	evenly	and	completely.
Add	onions,	cheddar	cheese,	tomato	and	other	toppings.
Grill	for	an	additional	minute	or	two	so	the	cheese	melts	and	the	toppings
warm.
	
	
Serving	Instructions,	Tips	&	Variations:	Serve	this	meal	with	a	side
salad.
Top	with	a	bit	of	mayonnaise	and	lettuce.
