Lobster	Tails	on	the	Barbi	(GF)

	

Ingredients	and	Prep:
1/8	tablespoon	of	white	pepper.
1/8	tablespoon	of	garlic	powder.
1	tablespoon	of	salt.
1	tablespoon	of	paprika.
1	tablespoon	of	lemon	juice.
1/2	cup	of	olive	oil.
2	10-ounce	rock	lobster	tails.

	
	

Cooking	Directions:
Preheat	grill	on	high	heat.
Squeeze	lemon	juice	into	a	small	bowl.
Add	olive	oil	to	the	lemon	juice	and	gently	whisk.
Add	garlic	powder,	salt,	paprika	and	white	pepper.
Whisk	gently	to	combine	the	ingredients	to	form	your	marinade.
Split	the	2	lobster	tails	lengthwise	with	a	large	knife.
Brush	the	marinade	onto	the	under-side	of	the	tail.	
Lightly	oil	grill	grate.
Place	tails,	flesh	side	down,	on	preheated	grill.
Cook	for	approximately	7	to	12	minutes.	Flip	once.	The	lobster	done
when	the	meat	is	firm	and	opaque.
	
	
Serving	Instructions,	Tips	&	Variations:	Use	caution	to	ensure	the
lobster	doesn't	stick	to	grill.
Some	cook	prefer	to	skewer	the	tails	for	easier	handling.
Frequently	brush	on	marinade	during	the	cooking	process.		Discard	any
extra,	unused	marinade.
Serve	this	dish	with	rice,	corn	on	the	cob,	mashed	potatoes	or	salad.
Scallops	can	be	substituted	for	lobster	tails.
