Creamy	Baked	Cod	(GF)

	

Ingredients	and	Prep:
1	tablespoon	of	lemon	juice.
1	cup	of	skim	milk.
1	1/2	pounds	of	cod	fish	fillets.
Handful	of	chopped	green	onions.
Dash	of	lemon	pepper.
Fresh	dill.
Butter.

	
	

Cooking	Directions:
Preheat	the	oven	to	350	F.
Rinse	the	fish	and	pat	dry.
Lightly	grease	an	medium-large	baking	dish.
Lay	the	fillets	on	the	bottom	of	the	baking	dish.
Melt	the	butter	and	drizzle	it	over	the	cod.
Combine	the	remaining	ingredients,	mix	well	and	pour	over	the	fillets.
Spritz	a	bit	of	lemon	juice	on	the	fish.
Bake	for	approximately	15	minutes.	When	finished,	the	fillets	will	be	firm
and	easily-flaked.
	
	
Serving	Instructions,	Tips	&	Variations:	This	recipe	serves	4.
If	desired,	add	a	dash	of	salt.
Serve	with	a	side	salad	and	wild	rice.
