Parmesan	Ham	Patties	(GF)

	

Ingredients	and	Prep:
1	tablespoon	of	salt.
2	tablespoon	of	ground	black	pepper.
2	tablespoons	of	olive	oil.
2	tablespoons	of	dried	basil.
1/2	cup	of	grated	cheese.
3/4	cup	of	cornmeal.
2	cups	ground	ham.
1	finely	chopped	onion.
1	10-ounce	package	of	frozen	broccoli.
3	eggs.
3	cloves	of	minced	garlic.
Grated	Parmesan.
	

	

Cooking	Directions:
Thaw	and	thoroughly	drain	the	water	from	the	broccoli.	If	necesary,	chop
it.
Beat	the	eggs	in	a	small	bowl.
Place	the	broccoli,	ham,	onion	and	eggs	in	a	bowl.
Mix	until	the	mixture	is	well-blended.
Ad	the	pepper,	salt,	basil,	garlic,	cornmeal	and	cheese.
Mix	so	all	of	the	ingredients	are	well-blended.
Heat	the	oil	in	a	large	pan	over	medium	heat.
Form	the	mixture	into	small	patties.
Place	the	patties	in	a	pan	and	cook	for	approximately	6	to	10	minutes.
Flip	once.	The	exterior	must	be	browned.
Place	the	cooked	patties	on	paper	towels	and	place	them	on	a	dish.
Place	in	the	oven	or	cover	with	tin	foil.
Cook	the	remaining	patties.
Sprinkle	grated	Parmesan	cheese	over	the	patties	just	before	serving.
	
Serving	Instructions,	Tips	&	Variations:	Serve	with	apple	sauce	and	a
side	salad.
You	may	opt	to	substitute	the	vegetables	with	carrots	and	zucchini.
