                       Maintenance


                       Trouble Shooting

                               Problem                      Cause                          Solution

                        Mixture tank overflowing   •   Hydrominder float or chain   •   Ensure free and clear from any
                                                    interference                    obstructions
                                                 •   Sticking needle valve      •   Replace valve (see replacement
                                                                                    parts)
                        No spray                 •   Clogged foot valve on suction line   •   Check tank. If dry, system air must
                                                                                    be purged
                        No fluid in tank         •   Hydrominder float or chain   •   Ensure free and clear from any
                                                    interference                    obstructions
                                                 •   No water supply            •   Insure proper float height is set
                                                 •  Faulty  Hydrominder         •   Repair or replace Hydrominder (See
                                                                                    Replacement parts or Hydrominder
                                                                                    section)

                        Pulsating or weak spray   •  Nozzles clogged            •   Remove cap with 1/4 turn counter
                                                                                    clockwise, remove strainer and clean
                        Pump not working         •   No air supply              •   Check air supply
                                                 •   Pump can become airborne   •   Turn regulator knob counter
                                                                                    clockwise until zero pressure is
                                                 •  Worn-out pump                   reached. Wait a few seconds and
                                                                                    turn back to operating pressure
                                                                                •   Replace pump (see replacement
                                                                                    parts)
                        Excess or zero air supply   •   Air pressure possibly too high   •   Reset pressure by turning counter
                                                                                    clockwise until pressure is below 20
                                                 •   Parts in regulator may be sticking   PSI, then back to operating pressure
                                                    due to moisture in system       of 60-65 PSI
                                                 •   Air regulator may be faulty   •   The regulator is equipped with an
                                                                                    automatic drain which will activate
                                                                                    when fluid is present. If fluid is
                                                                                    present in sight gauge
                                                                                •   Replaced air regulator (see
