Installation

4) Cut and secure a 16” piece of the supplied polyflow tubing between the 3/8” union fitting on the
floor and the 3/8” elbow fitting on the valve assembly. To do so, remove retainer nut and ferrule
from union fitting. Place nut and ferrule over the end of the polyflow tube. Insert into remaining part
of union fitting and tighten with proper wrench until tube will not pull out by hand.

5) Take remaining line and fasten one end to union fitting on the opposite end of the stainless steel
tubing of the treadle assembly. Run across tunnel and through the conveyor pit (down, and back
up) to driver side stand assembly and secure into place.
CAUTION
ONLY HAND TIGHTEN PLASTIC FITTINGS OR IT MAY RESULT IN CUTTING
THROUGH TUBE.
