Installation

Treadle
The passenger side treadle assembly and driver side stand assembly are readily mounted to tunnel floor
with supplied lag bolts. The pump/air panel and tank assemblies are easily mounted to a wall in the
equipment room.

1) Place treadle assembly in tunnel approximately 41” from inside edge of conveyor and 5’ to 10’
prior of the Tire Washer brush.
2) Place the driver side stand assembly directly across from nozzle of passenger side treadle
assembly 11” from outside edge of conveyor.

Note: Actual tunnel depth will vary according to site specific layout. Place the unit at the
greatest distance from the Tire Washer possible to allow the chemicals the maximum time
to work.
1) Drill out lag holes with 1/2” masonry bit approximately 2-1/2” deep. Thread nut on end of bolt and
pound until 1” thread is showing.
