Maintenance

Routine Procedures

Periodically
Check storage tank periodically for sludge build-up on bottom. If too much sediment is evident, drain
tank and clean.

Check gauge pressure on regulator.
CAUTION

PRESSURE SHOULD NEVER BE ABOVE 80 PSI OR THIS COULD RESULT IN DAMAGE
TO PUMP.

Note: For setting pressure, turn knob counter clockwise until gauge reads below 50 PSI, then
slowly turn knob clockwise until operating pressure of 60-65 PSI is reached.

CAUTION

Use extreme caution while working on accumulator pump. Make sure the air pressure is turned
off to the pump and the accumulator is drained before removing any lines.

CAUTION

Always wear safety glasses whenever working with chemicals.
