Disengagement by the employer due to restructuring in which case the employer is expected to
           pay all entitlements due to the employee.



        RETIREMENT:

        Statutory:
        The retirement age for every employee shall be 60 years of age or 25 years continuous service in the

           service of the organization; whichever is earlier.
        The management shall give six months’ notice and advise such employee on preparation for retirement.

           The school reserves the right to re-appoint retired staff members on a contract basis for fixed periods.



        Early retirement:
        This can be due to ill health or other causes for which the employee is incapacitated and unable to carry

           out his/her duties for over a maximum period of 3 months.
        If the incapacitation is confirmed to be as a result of injury sustained in the line of duty, then the period for
           which a compulsory retirement will be effective is after a maximum period of three months of being

           unable to carry out his/her duties.
