Cascara “tea” is made from the dried outer shell

of Arabica coffee cherries. It has been used as a
“tea” for centuries in Yemen and Ethiopia, where
it is served with a slice of fresh ginger and

cinamon. It is reminiscent of green tea, and like
green tea, Cascara is rich in Antioxidants. If fact
it has one of the highest antioxidant content of

any plant, ten times more than green tea!
