eXtinction coffee is a high caffeine strong coffee

grown by us in Java, sold for its “Save the
Planet” image. Customers will require educating
about the third, almost extinct coffee species.

eXtinction coffee is strong, and has a harsh
bitterness, great for espresso and iced coffee

where the bitterness is complemented with
sweetness.
