Using the Collections Workbench
How do I Use the Collections Workbench?
Overview
The Collections Workbench serves as the one-stop page for all things associated with a customer. From
this page, you can view key customer metrics (i.e., balance and past due balance), address, contact
information, correspondence history, aged balances, conversations, action items and more. Copies of
invoices and statements are also available on the Collections Workbench, which may eliminate the need to
manually e-mail these items to departments or billing specialists.
