Using the Collections Workbench

Aging Tab

The Aging tab displays the total balance due, the aging amount (current and past due) and an item count by Aging Category
(number of days over).

a. If you click on an Aging Category link, Compass displays the customer invoices for that category.
Customer Hierarchy Tab

The Customer Hierarchy tab displays the parent-child hierarchy for Corporate Customers with an established
hierarchy (such as CHOA).
You must first select a corporate customer and change the level to Corporate.

1. Select the Customer.

 If you select a child customer, the entire hierarchy still displays.
2. * Click the Level drop menu and select Corporate.

3. Click the Search button.
