Payments Tab

The Payments tab displays Outstanding and Complete payments.

a. The Outstanding Payments tab displays Payments in Process by default.

 Payments in Process are payments that have been applied to the customer’s account, but the payment worksheet has
not yet been posted to AR.

 The Unapplied Payments option will include payments that have been started but not yet applied to the customer’s
account.

 This example does not have any Outstanding Payments.
b. The Complete Payments section lists completed payment details.
c. You can drill down on a Complete payment using the More Info icon.
 The Item Activity from a Payment page displays all items included in this payment.
