Using the Collections Workbench

a. The Parent Customer appears at the top of the hierarchy. All child customer balances roll up to the parent.
b. The Item Balance link allows you to view the relevant invoices.
Contracts Tab
The Contracts tab displays a summary of contract information for those customers who have contracts.
You must have the appropriate security permissions to drill down and view a contract.

a. The Contracts panel displays the contract summary.
b. If you have the appropriate security, click the Contract link to view the contract details.
