        The GRC points are won against non-Champion dogs. The SGRC points are won when

        placing first (entries of 2), first and second (entries of 3-7) and first, second and third in
        entries of 8 and above. In LGRA a point is won only when defeating another dog.


        There are more details and complicated decisions during a racing event, but explaining
        them here is beyond the scope of this article.


        Judging a race.



        The finish line judges, at least four for High point races, write down the order of finish.
        The three foul judges at the start, center and finish, write down who interferes with
        whom in which race. None talk to each other before writing down what they see. Their
        sheets are given to the Race Secretary who is in charge of the board where the scores are

        then written down.
