                         Hello friends,

                        In a remarkable show of resilience, the housing market has stared the pandemic right in the eye
                        and hasn't blinked. The Inventory has shrunk in our Valley in both luxury homes and affordable
                        housing. Desert Horizons CC since January has had 32 properties close. There are currently 5
                        pending sales and only 22 homes currently on the market. Continued record-low mortgage rates
                        coupled with sellers yearning for liquidity and our low Inventory with that there are currently more
                        buyers looking for homes than there are homes for sale which is good news if you’re ready to sell
                        your home. Buyers whether their looking for luxury or something more affordable may want to
                        buy sooner rather than later as they could potentially end up facing stressful bidding wars and a
