SauSage chicken ballS

         ingrEdiEntS
          ¾ cup fresh breadcrumbs
          ¼ cup low-fat milk                             aside for 10 minutes.
          1 large egg, lightly beaten                     add egg, cheese, parsley, garlic and pepper into
          1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese            the breadcrumb mixture.
          ¼ cup finely chopped parsley                    cut sausages into small pieces. add sausages and
          2 large grated garlic & cloves                 chicken to the breadcrumb mix.
          ½ tsp ground pepper                             shape the mixture into meatballs. arrange the
          75 gm chicken sausage, casing removed          meatballs on a baking sheet. Broil for 9 to 10 minutes.
          300 gm minced chicken                          Broiling uses dry heat to cook.
