¾ cup fresh breadcrumbs
¼ cup low-fat milk aside for 10 minutes.
1 large egg, lightly beaten add egg, cheese, parsley, garlic and pepper into
1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese the breadcrumb mixture.
¼ cup finely chopped parsley cut sausages into small pieces. add sausages and
2 large grated garlic & cloves chicken to the breadcrumb mix.
½ tsp ground pepper shape the mixture into meatballs. arrange the
75 gm chicken sausage, casing removed meatballs on a baking sheet. Broil for 9 to 10 minutes.
300 gm minced chicken Broiling uses dry heat to cook.
