                            Spinach cheeSe ballS
                            (12-15 servings)


         ingrEdiEntS
          500 gm spinach                                  mix chopped spinach, bread crumbs, cheese, butter,
          2 cups bread crumbs                            onion, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
          1 cup grated parmesan cheese                    shape the mixture into 1 inch round balls.
          ½ cup melted butter                             arrange the balls in a single layer on a baking sheet.
          4 finely chopped onions                        Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until
