here are four easy-to-make and store protein and vitamin-packed nuggets that will delight children

500 gm spinach mix chopped spinach, bread crumbs, cheese, butter,
2 cups bread crumbs onion, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
1 cup grated parmesan cheese shape the mixture into 1 inch round balls.
½ cup melted butter arrange the balls in a single layer on a baking sheet.
