XINOS: Number of Members: 23 Number of Sorors: 5 Exemplary Activities: Volunteering
at Citi Team Ministry in Chester, PA. to serve Thanksgiving dinner. Packing holiday gift bags for
needy children in Delaware County, PA. Registering people for Chester's Annual Caner Walk.
Serving breakfast at Apple Bees in Aston, PA. Attending a Fellowship service at Mt. Pleasant Baptist
Church in Chi Chester, PaInitiation and Induction of new Xinos.
KUDOS: Number of Members: 21 Number of Sorors: 4 Exemplary Activities:
Volunteering at Citi Team Ministry in Chester, PA. to serve Thanksgiving dinner. Packing holiday
gift bags for needy children in Delaware County, PA. Registering people for Chester's Annual Caner
Walk. Serving breakfast at Apple Bees in Aston, PA. Attending a Fellowship service at Mt. Pleasant
Baptist Church in Chi Chester, Pa Initiation and Induction of new Kudos.
KAPPA OMICRON TAU (KOT): Number of Members: 5 Number of Sorors: 5
Exemplary Activities: September the KOT ladies met and they elected officers using a volunteer
method. The scheduled meetings agreed upon were to meet the second Sunday of every month in
Chester at Community Baptist Church at 2: o’clock and 5: PM on campus at Cheyney University at
Marcus Foster. Any member who couldn’t make the meeting, we would use a speaker phone for
that hour. Discussed ideas for the year. We have five KOT members returning this fall. October,
with the help of Dr. Channel at Cheyney, the KOT ladies convinced five education majors to apply
for KOT membership. Out of the five prospective KOT ladies, only three completed the
application process and showed interest. The KOT ladies along with our Basileus Regina Perry and
KOT Committee Soror Mari Rivers helped the KOT bag candy during our October meeting. Soror
Leola Williams made KOT labels for the candy bags. Anthropos Wilbur purchased the candy. XI
Chapter Sorors were the first to buy candy from the KOT candy sale. The five KOT ladies sold the
candy to start a treasure for our beginning to plan to attending the Regional Conference in the
Spring.The KOT Chair bought the KOT ladies a t-shirt. Soror Leola Williams sponsored one
KOT t-shirt. All five KOT ladies have a KOT t-shirt.

Exemplary Activities: Fundraising activities such as home cook dinners and raffle sales. Supervising
Xinos and Kudos at the community service events. Attending scheduled meeting 4th Sunday of every
month. Providing the meal for the Xinos and Kudos Induction celebration.
