                       FOUNDERS' DAY:         Number of Sorors: 35  Others: 150
                Description of the Activity: In collaboration with Xi Chapter, the members attended church.
                Both chapters presented checks to the church's educational fund.  After the service, members
                dined at the Chester Community Center.  Xi Sorors performed "The Chair Dance".  We
                reviewed our history via a Trivia Game.  Prizes were awarded from local Pennsylvania
                businesses.  We paid homage to our revered Founders, participated in the Torch Lighting
                Ceremony and quietly left the facility. Under the direction of the Eastern Regional Director,
                Soror Angela Ringgold and her Ad Hoc Committee provided Survival Kits to the Staff at
                Bancroft Elementary School.  In addition to publicizing our mission and purpose, the bags
                contained tea bags, gum, candy, money, crayon, rubber band, and paper clip.  This activity was
                implemented throughout the Eastern Region.

                       HEALTH, NUTRITION AND HYPERTENSION:  No. of Sorors:  65 Others:
                Description of the Activity: As part of the National Initiative of Sickle Cell Program, Sorors
                raised money and contributed to the Annual AKA Sickle Cell Tennis Tournament.  The
                proceeds was awarded to Nemours Alfred I. DuPont Children's Hospital.  Also, some of the
                members served as registrars and hostesses.  During our Retreat, Sorors pledged to lead a
                healthier lifestyle by eating appropriately and exercising frequently.  We set time aside during
                our Chapter meeting for Sorors to address Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.  The
                Diabetes Month Activity was postponed.
                       SENIOR TEACHERS/SECOND CAREERS/RETIRED SORORS VOLUNTEER
                PROGRAM (RSVP):         Number of Sorors: 35      Others: 50
                Description of the Activity: Many members volunteer their time by serving as ushers, mentors,
                and office assistants.  One Soror returned to work as a Student Teacher Advisor at the
                University of Delaware.  Another Soror worked with students at Delaware Technical College.
                At the Ronald McDonald House, which is a part of the Alfred I. DuPont Children's Hospital,
                one Soror read to the patients and their siblings. Sorors served as Choir Directors, Ushers,
                Financial Tellers, Communion Stewards, and Vacation Bible School Coordinators at their
                various churches.

                       Description of the Activity: There are three Anthropos who supported the Y.E.S.
                       programs in 2019.
