The retired Pi Chapter sorors are actively living the second chapter of their lives involved in
family life, sorority activities, and church and community organizations. They have actively
supported the Y.E.S. Programs by reading books to elementary students, providing workshops
for parents of preschool children, participating in sisterly movie dates, preparing perspective
teachers for the PRAXIS exam, supporting the annual Goldenred luncheon as well as other
events. The Sorors have not only devoted their time, they have also donated immediate need
boxes for the homeless, college care baskets for the scholarship recipients and made financial
contributions. Oftentimes, Sorors wonder aloud, How did I do all this and work too?

have been an invaluable and consistent support to the sorors of Pi Chapter during all of our

hosted the Scholarship Luncheon while the others greeted the guests, assisted with the set-up
and clean-up, helped our senior guests, and stepped in to manage any task requested. The men
of Pi: spouses, relatives, and friends have been our moral and financial supporter as well as the
               helping hand whenever needed.
