                HEALTH, NUTRITION AND HYPERTENSION:  Number of Sorors: 5  Others: 150
                Description of the Activity: Alpha Mu Sorors created and participated in a health and wellness
                selfcare retreat in 2019. Activities included Zumba class, water aerobics, weight lifting,

                mountain climbing and, for fun, zip lining down the mountain. Healthy eating and proper hydration
                was also a part of the deal. And of course sisterhood building and support were included. The retreat
                took place at Massanutten resort in VA. We've been to the mountain top--literally.

                SENIOR TEACHERS/SECOND CAREERS/RETIRED SORORS VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
                (RSVP): Number of Sorors: 2         Others: 12
                Description of the Activity: Soror Armstrong volunteers once a month at the Transformation
                Center in Brooklyn Park - a food pantry& clothing distribution for those who are of a lower socio-
                economic level and /or homeless. Soror Linda Johnson continues to volunter her time with various
                community service organizationsthroughout the year. She works with the Angel Tree Prison
                Ministry supporting children whose parentsare incarcerated. She provides books, toys, and school
                supplies for the children. Soror Johnson alsodonates clothing to local shelters.
