               When a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it is usually observed on the preceding Friday or
               the following Monday.  However, DELFI may grant another day off in lieu of closing. Holiday
               observance will be announced in advance.

               Regular, full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays.  Holidays that are paid but not worked
               do not count for overtime purposes. Eligible employees will receive time off with pay at their
               normal base  rate  for each Company-observed  holiday. Employees are ineligible  for holiday
               benefits while on an unpaid leave of absence.

               The Company may, in its discretion, require employees  to  work on scheduled  holidays and
               provide pay in lieu of time off.  Non-exempt employees required to work on a Company-observed
               holiday will be paid their normal base rate for all hours worked, plus holiday pay.

               Travel & Entertainment Policy
               The company’s  Travel  & Entertainment  Policy is available here  Google Drive (G):>Shared
               drives>DELFI-ALL> Travel . It is expected that employees will follow this policy. Where the policy
               does not provide sufficient guidance or support, the employee should discuss the matter with
               their manager and obtain advance approval for such expenses.
