Credit Card Policy
Company credit cards are to be used for business expenses only. It is expected that employees
will follow this policy. Where the policy does not provide sufficient guidance or support, the
employee should discuss the matter with their manager and obtain advance approval for use of
the Company credit card.
Expense Policy
Where an employee has business expenses charged to their personal or corporate credit card,
that employee is required to file their expense report monthly. The company’s Expense Policy is
available in Finance. It is expected that employees will follow this policy. Where the policy does
not provide sufficient guidance or support, the employee should discuss the matter with their
manager and obtain advance approval for such expenses.
Access to Personnel Files
Employee files are maintained by the People Team and are considered confidential. You have a
right to inspect and, upon written request, receive a copy of your employee records that DELFI
maintains relating to your performance or to any grievance concerning you. In addition,
employees have the right to request copies of all employment-related documents that they have
signed. Managers and supervisors may only have access to personnel file information on a need-
to-know basis in accordance with applicable law. Personnel file access by current employees and
former employees upon request will be permitted within the timeframe required under
applicable law. Personnel files are to be reviewed in the presence of the People team. Employee
files may not be taken outside the department except that employees, upon written request, are
entitled to a copy of their personnel files. Representatives of government or law enforcement
agencies, in the course of their duties, may be allowed access to file information. Employees also
have the right to inspect and receive copies of certain Company payroll records regarding their
compensation, and deductions from their compensation, upon reasonable request to the
Company. Employees wishing to review or receive copies of payroll records should notify the
People Team at people@delfidiagnostics.com. .
Disciplinary Procedure
The Company expects employees to comply with the Company’s standards of behavior and
performance and to correct any noncompliance with these standards. Violation of DELFI policies
and rules may warrant disciplinary action. Under regular circumstances, DELFI utilizes progressive
discipline that may include verbal warnings, written warnings, and/or suspension. DELFI reserves
the right to determine the appropriate level of disciplinary action in its sole discretion; in certain
cases, immediate termination may be warranted. This policy does not modify the status of
employees as employees-at-will or in any way restrict the Company’s right to bypass any
suggested disciplinary procedures as deemed appropriate by the Company, in its discretion.
Separation from Employment
In all cases of voluntary resignation (one initiated by the employee), employees are asked to
provide a written notice to their supervisors at least two weeks in advance of the last day of work.
The two weeks’ notice should be 10 actual working days. Holidays and paid time off (PTO) will
