uniformed service should immediately notify the People Team and their supervisor, who will
provide details regarding the leave. If an employee is unable to provide notice before leaving for
uniformed service, a family member should notify the supervisor as soon as possible. Upon return
from military leave, employees will be granted the same seniority, pay, and benefits as if they
had worked continuously. Failure to report for work within the prescribed time after completion
of military service will be considered a voluntary termination.

               Reasonable Accommodation
To ensure equal employment opportunities to qualified individuals with a disability, DELFI will
make reasonable accommodations for the known disability of an otherwise qualified employee
or applicant, unless undue hardship on the operation of the business would result.

Employees who may require a reasonable accommodation should contact the People Team.

The Company will not retaliate against you for requesting a reasonable accommodation and will
not knowingly tolerate or permit retaliation by management, employees, or co-workers.

               Lactation Accommodation
DELFI recognizes the right of employees to request personal lactation accommodations and
accommodates lactating employees by providing a reasonable amount of break time and a
suitable lactation location to any employee who desires to express breast milk for the employee’s
infant child. The location provided for lactation will be private (shielded from view and free from
intrusion from co-workers and the public while the employee is lactating) and located close to
the employee’s work area. The location will be safe, clean, and free of toxic or hazardous
               materials; have a surface to place a breast pump and other personal items; have a place to sit;
and have access to electricity or alternative devices (e.g., extension cords and charging stations)
that may be needed to operate an electric or battery-powered breast pump. The Company will
also provide access to a refrigerator suitable for storing milk and a sink with running water in
proximity to the employee’s work area. The lactation location will not be a restroom.

               Conflicts of Interest
DELFI expects all employees to conduct themselves and Company business in a manner that
reflects the highest standards of ethical conduct, and in accordance with all federal, state, and
local laws and regulations. This includes avoiding real, potential, and perceived conflicts of
interests. A conflict of interest exists when the employee’s loyalties or actions are divided
between the Company’s interests and those of another, such as a competitor, supplier, or
customer. Both the fact and the appearance of a conflict of interest should be avoided.
Employees unsure as to whether a certain transaction, activity, or relationship constitutes a
conflict of interest should discuss it with their manager or the Legal Department for clarification.
Any exceptions to this guideline must be approved in writing by the Legal Department.

DELFI recognizes and respects the individual employee’s right to engage in activities outside of
employment which are private in nature and do not in any way conflict with or reflect poorly on
the Company or the DELFI brand.
