      Update from Dublin

Having been set up for just over a year now, our Dublin office is working well
alongside our operations in the UK. We recently completed a large site
investigation at Cork Docklands, a site noted for its industrial heritage as well
as its present day use as a multi industrial area. This project required
significant collaboration between the Dublin and Godalming offices, and Joe
enjoyed welcoming Sarah, Jess, Naomi and Dan to Ireland as part of this.

Over the coming months, we hope to expand the Dublin base as we look to recruit for an engineer to join
Joe. As part of this, Joe has moved into a new office space alongside Walsh Goodfellow. He assures us that
it is well positioned in proximity to some local 'cultural' establishments / purveyors of Guinness, should any
of his UK based colleagues be looking to visit!

      N ews from London

It's been a while since the London office made the news, but following on
from a successful team day, we are pleased to share news on our
activities, people, project work and winning another Ground Engineering
project award for CGL, this time for our sterling all round one-stop shop
      work at 27 Commercial Road.

After a long search, we are pleased to welcome our new Chartered Senior Engineer, Maria
Dimitriadi, to the fold who will bring technical project management experience to a selection of
                  larger Geotechnical and TWD projects.

London's Q2 has seen a progressive build in pipeline along with some interesting project work. Many
clients appear unseasonably in a great hurry and this has put our London team aided by valued freelancing
assistance from Tom H and Olly, and others who may not be mentioned, under great pressure to deliver.

Two way cross office activity during this period has been pretty fluid which is great for strengthening the
versatility of the business, especially with Kirsty guiding a number of the SI phases on Calverley, Welbeck
and Nash and with Ball 'n' Slats on many PLAXIS and pile design jobs and, more recently, Bryn, Amir and
Zoe supporting on TWD. Emily has been in Scotland for Crossaig stints and Tasos supporting Slats on
Farringdon Road. Anto and I supported Exeter to land the firms deepest ever
basement at Citiscape with JB helping to deliver. Also, thank you to Robin, Helen,
Anne, Adam, Sarah for helping us out and apologies if I have missed anyone!

A couple of project milestones… Tasos is working on our deepest basement yet
(18m deep) at Welbeck Street for new client, John F Hunt this site a former ,
Debenhams carpark off Oxford Street which is currently in demolition to dismay of
brutalist architecture fraternity. GT's Project Nash eventually got to site with a
tower crane arriving last weekend. Emily is working out how to put a tower crane
on a 1970's roof next to Selfridges. Anto is busy designing even more piles for
Calverley Square, FEM modelling and talking CPD about tunnels and JB is multi-
tasking on all of the above.

Project Nash, Marble Arch (ours is the red one)
